What is the difference between Cleaning, Sanitizing & Disinfecting?

Cleaning a surface simply removes visible debris, dirt and dust. Sanitizing a surface makes that surface sanitary or free of visible dirt contaminants that could affect your health. Sanitizing is meant to reduce, not necessarily kill, the occurrence and growth of bacteria, viruses and fungi. Disinfecting a surface will “kill” the microscopic organisms as claimed on the label of a particular product.

Bay Mist does all three and is a wonderful deodorizer.

How safe is Bay Mist?

The Bay Mist active ingredient is ethanol. Unlike methanol, isopropanol and phenol, ethanol is used in drinks and foods. Having disinfecting properties, ethanol was a perfect ingredient to create a safe cleaner/sanitizer/deodorizer. However, Bay Mist was not created with the intention of being consumed internally. It is strictly to be used as a cleaner, sanitizer and deodorizer. If Bay Mist is accidentally consumed, simply drink an equal amount of water to dilute. Medical attention should not be required.

Bay Mist is also non-toxic, and there should be no problem with Bay Mist on the skin. It can also be used as a spray hand sanitizer.

What is the return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
